Title: Montagu Inspiration.
Description: A road journey to the Cape Province of South Africa took me through amazing mountain ranges and passes. The magestic scenery and awesome rocky formations, coupled with a cold Autumn front moving in, inspired me to paint this work. Catastrophic Plate Techtonics movements of bygone eras, pushed the earth upwards to form magnificent peaks and valleys. The towns of Worcester, Ceres, Montagu and Barrydale boast spectacular landscapes surpast by no others.
